The Method

The Continuum of Care: a safe path back to connection.

Families don’t heal on a schedule. The Continuum of Care moves each family forward only when the evidence says they are ready — and steps support down gently once they are.

The four phases

  1. Therapeutic Supervised Visitation

A licensed therapist coaches the visit in real time, guided by the Structured Visitation Observation Assessment™.

  2. Facilitated Conjoint Therapy

Joint sessions tailored to each family’s needs, with no fixed format.

  3. Reunification Therapy

Repair work that begins once the family shows stability. It never forces forgiveness, affection, disclosure or contact.

  4. Aftercare & Step-Down

Gradual reduction of support, with transition planning, co-parenting and boundary support, and ongoing monitoring.
